The research concluded, among other things, the core customer’s desire and expectation to see new retailers, more special events, and better engagement through the use of social media. Additionally, the research provided valuable feedback from the trade area regarding the center’s wayfinding/informational signage and the parking program that have been in place since the original development.
Hill Partners Inc. has listened to the center’s core customer and has developed a plan of action that will address these two areas of opportunity.
