LAKE is Making Their North Carolina Debut At Specialty Shops SouthPark

Charlotte, NC [April 2025] – Hill Partners is excited to announce that LAKE will be joining the lineup of upscale boutiques, luxury services, and first-class restaurants at Specialty Shops SouthPark.

Hill Partners, Inc. recently announced that Ann & Sid Mashburn will also be opening at Specialty Shops SouthPark this year, with ladies’ and men’s stores located in the courtyard.

LAKE’s store at Specialty Shops SouthPark will carry LAKE’s full collection of women’s, men’s, and children’s sleepwear and loungewear —including maternity and seasonal styles—across its signature fabrics of Peruvian Pima cotton and DreamModal. In store, guests can expect a personalized experience with thoughtful recommendations, considered packaging, and a dose of Southern hospitality.

LAKE pajamas launched in 2014 as an e-commerce retailer, with the goal of selling the highest quality and softest Pima cotton pajamas for women. Their e-commerce success allowed the company to broaden its footprint to include physical stores, and in 2018, their first brick-and-mortar store opened in Charleston, SC followed by a second store in Atlanta in 2020.

The new 1,828 sq ft LAKE store will open this summer and will be located between Williams Sonoma and Elizabeth Bruns Jewelers.
