Experience

Josh Watkins is a Vice President at Hill Partners, having joined the corporate team in December 2022. In his role, Mr. Watkins works closely with company leaders on new business development, new development underwriting, existing portfolio financial analysis, and other company financial functions, including General Manager for Specialty Shops SouthPark and Sharon Square. Mr. Watkins is also working towards his NC Real Estate Broker’s license.

Mr. Watkins is originally from the Chicago, IL suburbs and prior to joining Hill Partners, he worked in the valuation and advisory division of Jones Lang LaSalle.
