Gary Ross joined Hill Partners in 2025 as the Maintenance Assistant for The Town Center at Levis Commons. Mr. Ross’ responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance and repair tasks for the overall function of the mechanical and utility systems, architectural features, finishes, and other components. As part of the property maintenance team, he coordinates with contractors and tenants to maintain the efficiency of daily operations and upkeep of the property. Mr. Ross also supports the set up and breakdown of large-scale events throughout the year.

Before joining Hill Partners, Mr. Ross was employed with United Health Group’s Optum Services in the Print Services Division for more than 28 years. In his role, he executed a variety of duties in vendor management; supply ordering and inventory control; maintenance and repair of industrial manufacturing equipment; fire safety and security equipment care and inspections; among other responsibilities.
