EXPERIENCE

David Clark joined Hill Partners in 2022 as the Maintenance Supervisor for The Town Center at Levis Commons. Mr. Clark’s responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance and repair tasks for the overall function of the mechanical and utility systems, architectural features, finishes, and other components. As part of the property maintenance team, he coordinates with contractors and tenants to maintain the efficiency of daily operations and upkeep of the property. Mr. Clark also supports the set up and breakdown of large-scale events throughout the year.

Before joining Hill Partners, Mr. Clark was employed with ProMedica Bay Park Hospital for 12 years, first as a Maintenance Mechanic, and then promoted to ProMedica Offsite Property Management. In his role, he executed a variety of duties in the operation, alteration, and corrective maintenance of building facilities, equipment, and utility systems in the hospitals and off-site facilities in compliance with The Joint Commission. Additionally, Mr. Clark performed a variety of scheduled and unscheduled mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other related duties with priority given to patient comfort and safety.
