Experience

Andrew Polonus joined Hill Partners in October 2023 as an Assistant Vice President with primary responsibilities of managing the portfolio’s construction and development projects. His role includes managing the design and entitlement process, contractor sourcing and bidding, construction management oversight, tenant coordination, and supporting project lease executions. In his role, Mr. Polonus works closely with the company’s Legal, Leasing, Property Management, and Acquisition teams, and is based out of the corporate office in Charlotte.

Prior to joining Hill Partners, Mr. Polonus worked in the construction and development division of Lowe’s where he managed projects ranging from facility retrofits to greenfield developments. His experience also includes working in the consultant engineering field focusing on landscape architecture, land planning, and civil engineering for various commercial and residential land development clients.
