The Bend

The Bend is a 120-acre adaptive reuse project that will transform the last undeveloped stretch of Chattanooga’s riverfront—3,000 linear feet along the Tennessee River—into a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable community.

The Bend will feature more than 215,000 SF of retail and entertainment space, 41,020 square feet of Class A office space and 230 upmarket residential apartments, with the retail-driven mixed-use district serving as the centerpiece of a broader 100acre master plan that also includes or will include additional residential, Class A Office, hospitality uses, and a 12,500seat amphitheater.

Designed as an experiential, openair destination, The Bend introduces a groundup retail driven mixeduse environment unlike anything currently in the greater Chattanooga market.
