this project in 1990, Hill Partners, Inc. developed
a comprehensive strategic plan that repositioned
the property completely as an upscale lifestyle
center. Hill Partners, Inc. coordinated and oversaw
the complete remerchandising, leasing, a comprehensive
renovation, including updates to facades, signage,
exterior color palettes, tenant design criteria
and the overall aesthetic appearance of the center.

Talbots Petites, Talbots Kids, Talbots Woman,
Talbots Men and many other lifestyle retailers.
